Based in West Sussex , the Company was founded in 1989 with the aim of creating a toolmaking facility capable of supplying precision tooling to a wide range of manufacturers, including the Electronic, Automotive, electrical, IT, and watch industries.

Since that time we have established a reputation for quality, reliability and professionalism; working in partnership with customers to produce tooling to their exact requirements.

To keep pace with advancing technology we are constantly reviewing and updating our machinery and equipment. This allows us the flexibility needed for rapid response to existing and prospective customers.

Products and Services
With CAD/CAM software , Solidworks 2009 and NC Graphics Machining Strategist, we are able to create tooling from data received via email in any Industry Standard format.

Of course we can also design and manufacture tooling from customers component drawings or from tool drawings supplied.

We are able to produce plastic and die cast mould tools up to 400 mm sq working to a tolerance of + , - .005mm and press tools to a maximum die set size of 600x400.

We have recently purchased an EDM fast hole driller enabling us to rapidly burn 0.20 dia - 2.50 dia holes through hardened steel, which is ideal for wire edm start holes.
